L'AMAR X-PILES Ointment 30 g is an Ayurvedic herbal ointment formulated to provide relief from hemorrhoids (piles) and anal fissures. It helps reduce pain, swelling, itching, burning, and bleeding while promoting healing of the affected area.

Uses

• Relief from internal and external hemorrhoids (piles)
• Helps heal anal fissures
• Reduces:
  • Pain and burning
  • Itching and irritation
  • Swelling and inflammation
  • Bleeding associated with piles
• Helps shrink pile masses and supports healing after hemorrhoid surgery.

How to use

• Wash and gently dry the affected area.
• Apply a thin layer of ointment to the affected area 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
• For better relief, a warm sitz bath before application may be helpful.

Precautions

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or persist, or if there is severe pain or heavy rectal bleeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Possible side effects

This ointment is generally well tolerated. Rarely, some people may experience:

• Mild skin irritation
• Redness
• Allergic reaction to herbal ingredients

Discontinue use if significant irritation or allergy develops.

Storage

• Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place.
• Keep the tube tightly closed after use.
