If you prefer a lozenge without sugar, try Strepsils Sugar Free Lemon. These tasty little lozenges contain effective antibacterial agents (Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg and Amylmetacresol 600µg) that relieve discomfort of a sore throat and minor mouth infections. Available in pack size 16 or 36.
