DIRECTIONS TO USE

Add powder to water: Add one scoop of powder for each 30ml (1fl oz) of water. Only use the provided scoop, as using too many or too few scoops can be harmful. Cap bottle and shake: Securely cap the bottle and shake it until the powder is completely dissolved.
