Ameys's Ichthammol Oinment

It is used to treat insect bites or stings and minor skin infections. This medicine may be used for other purposes; ask your health care provider or pharmacist if you have questions.

DIRECTIONS TO USE :

Wash the affected area with mild soap and water. Pat dry gently with a clean towel. Take a small amount of Amey's Ichthammol Ointment on your clean fingertip or a cotton swab. Apply a thin layer of the ointment directly onto the affected area. Ensure to cover the entire affected area evenly. If needed, you can cover the area with a sterile bandage or gauze to protect it and prevent the ointment from rubbing off. Apply the ointment once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Continue using the ointment until the condition improves or as recommended by your doctor.
