ALOXAL suspension has a fast effective non-constipating anti-acid effect. It provides a fast relief due to the effective neutralization action of Magnesium hydroxide. While Aluminium hydroxide produces a longer lasting effect due to its slow & gradual acid neutralization capacity, it has also a demulcent and protective effect on gastric ulcers. ALOXAL is useful in relieving the Gastric Hyperacidity symptoms such as Heartburn & Acid Indigestion. It is recommended for symptomatic relief of Hyperacidily associated with Peptic Ulcer, Gastritis & Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. Also, it relieves Gastrointestinal Disturbances resulting from Stress, Smoking, Food or Excessive Coffee intake.

Direction to Use:

For adults & children over 12 yean;:
Unless prescribed by the physician, ALOXAL suspension should be taken as 1- 2 teaspoonful (5 - 10
ml) alter meals or at bedtime. ALOXAL should be shaken well before use.

Side Effects

ALOXAL is generally well tolerated if recommended doses are not exceeded. In very rare cases, minor side effects such as constipation, diarrhoea or stomach cramps have been reported.
